However, in order to obtain an investment license in Saudi Arabia, there are some conditions that must be met.
Completion of auditing the application submitted to the platform of the National Program for Combating Commercial Concealment.
Submit proof of financial revenues of 2 million or more for the last year through an approved budget or employment of 50 or more according to the social insurance certificate.
The commercial registration of the establishment requesting correction must be issued prior to the start date of the correction campaign.

A copy of the commercial registry of the participating establishment certified by the Saudi Embassy, and a copy of the national identity if one of the partners is a natural person (individual) holding the nationality of one of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries (in the event that his data is not registered in the Absher system).

The financial statements for the last financial year of the foreign company applying for the license, certified by the Saudi Embassy.
Industrial license
Industrial licenses include heavy and light industries, and manufacturing industries.
